Richard, Yes…..yes. We all have had the experience of watching the heroes and heroines of our youth melt away as later they later reveal their clay feet. However, Joe Slicker revealed authentic human living to me as a young man from one depth-seeking tradition and again, 45 years later, as a much older man, from a different depth seeking tradition. In all things, Joe has sought and practiced the one Universal Truth hidden in all the great traditions that can guide us. Joe is, forever, the Real Thing!
